From Turmoil to Triumph: The Alchemy of Life’s Trials

From Struggles to Strength: Lessons in Disguise.

Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.

Embracing the Veiled Gifts:

In life’s fabric, challenges frequently appear as opportunities. I regret not learning this sooner: it is amid adversity that one’s character is tested and refined. When the ego is crucified, the inner person gets sanctified and reborn stronger, wiser, and more in tune with the universe’s symphony.

Trouble-free upbringing:

I had a trouble-free upbringing throughout my teenage years. Learning began the moment I left the safety and security of my childhood behind and entered the life of adult world: service in Civil Aviation as Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP), married life, social life, and then beyond until the age of 55 years. Beyond the age of 55, lessons learned started bearing fruit through wisdom due to enlightening knowledge gained through books, which I have shared in my series of posts “My Journey Through Books.”

Threads of Adversity: Bullying, Leg-pulling, Betrayals:

My life’s path has been a complex web woven from bullying, leg-pulling, and betrayals. Each new challenge is like painting a new picture in my mind’s eye. At times, it felt like the world was an unyielding furnace, relentlessly heating up and hardening my character. Through these tests, I was able to distil a fundamental realization: that difficulties, no matter how severe, are really just gifts from the cosmic tapestry in disguise.

The Supreme Guidance: Names Fade, Truth Remains:

In the quiet of my thoughts, I was able to pick up on a subtle hint of direction from the Supreme, the Absolute Reality that weaves the fabric of creation. All of these concepts—whether you call them God, the Almighty, Brahman of the Vedas, or the Divine Matrix—are just words for the same thing. The mysterious symphony of probability known as the Quantum Mind is responsible for conducting the cosmic ballet.

With age comes a wealth of invaluable treasures that only time can bestow.

Intuition: The Cosmic Compass:

In the fires of adversity, I discovered the value of listening to my intuition and following the cosmic footprints it revealed. I was able to find my way out of the barriers and into the bright open space of comprehension because of it. When I finally let go and let the Quantum Mind run the show, that’s when I finally felt at peace.

Faith and Gratitude: Keystone Arches to Non-Dual Absolutes:

The gap that separates our limited selves and the boundless expanse of non-dual absolutes can only be traversed by means of the keystone arches of unwavering trust and gratefulness. They are the alchemical elixir that converts dark pain into brilliant enlightenment. Through trials, through tribulations, I learned to bow in reverence to the dual nature of existence, to embrace the dance of light and shadow as the harmonious interplay of a cosmic duality.

The Resonance of Gratitude:

Being grateful puts an individual in sync with the universe’s most fundamental vibrations. A sacred agreement with the cosmos to develop, transcend, and evolve through every test and difficulty. It’s realizing that every setback is really a stepping stone to a larger reward, and that every betrayal is a means to a more intimate connection with one’s true Self.

Threads of Insight: Stardust’s Journey in the Cosmic Loom:

As I make my way across the vastness of space-time, I will carry this knowledge inside the fibres of my being. Sometimes blessings come disguised as difficulties rather than in the form of affluence or glory. The quantum mind, the dance of probability, has taught me to hear the music amid the noise, to uncover the gifts buried in the trials of life.

In conclusion, the lesson learned is to embrace adversity as hidden blessings and express gratitude for the elemental forces shaping our existence.

Walking with Faith and Gratitude- Expressing Gratitude towards the Five Elements:

Steps Towards Cosmic Evolution:

The Five Elements of the Universe in Eastern Philosophy:

In Eastern philosophy, the universe is believed to be composed of five fundamental elements, each representing a unique aspect of existence. These elements are:

  1. Earth (Prithvi)

  2. Water (Ap)

  3. Fire (Tejas)

  4. Air (Vayu)

  5. Ether (Akasha)

1. Earth (Prithvi): The Nurturing Ground

Honouring the Foundation of Life

In gratitude, I acknowledge the solid ground beneath my feet, the nurturing embrace of Earth. It cradles life, providing stability, sustenance, and a fertile bed for growth. With reverence, I give thanks for the steadfast support that allows existence to flourish.

2. Water (Ap): The Essence of Vitality

Blessing of Life’s Essence

With heartfelt thanks, I honour the flowing streams, the life-giving rivers, and the very essence of vitality – Water. It cleanses, nourishes, and sustains all living beings. I express gratitude for the fluidity that allows life to adapt, to grow, and to find its course.

3. Fire (Tejas): The Illuminating Force

Kindling the Inner Light:

In reverence, I extend my gratitude to the radiant force of Fire. It brings warmth, light, and transformation. It is the spark within, the illuminating force that guides our journey. With deepest thanks, I honour the fire that burns within and around us.

4. Air (Vayu): The Breath of Life

Embracing the Breath of Existence

With a heart full of gratitude, I acknowledge the gentle whisper of the Wind, the Breath of Life – Air. It carries the essence of vitality, the very breath that sustains us. It touches every being, reminding us of our interconnectedness. I give thanks for the life-giving force that permeates every moment.

5. Ether (Akasha): The Boundless Space

Embracing the Infinite expanse

In profound appreciation, I recognize the boundless expanse of Space, the Ether that cradles all existence. It holds the potential for creation, the canvas upon which life unfolds. With deepest gratitude, I honour the infinite possibilities that arise from the vastness of the cosmic canvas.

With gratitude in my heart, I bow to the harmonious dance of these five elements, for they constitute the very fabric of our being and the essence of the universe itself. They remind us of our interconnectedness with all of creation, and for this, I am profoundly thankful.

How I Cultivated Equanimity: A Journey of Spiritual Discovery and Self-Realization

Dear friends!

Greetings!

My spiritual journey, which I began at the age of eight (8), has spanned an amazing long period till date and has been an enthralling trip. Join me on a transforming journey that spins a web of development, resiliency, and profound understanding.

Introduction:

Through a journey marked by spiritual exploration, both ascent and descent, I navigated the turbulence of life’s demands. In a world besieged by chaos, discovering inner tranquillity may appear elusive, yet my odyssey revealed a transcendent truth. Beyond the confines of culture and creed, my path led me to a profound revelation—a realization that defied the very divisions that once shaped me.

Captivated by Christ: Nurturing Curiosity and Spirituality in Childhood:

I was miraculously drawn to the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ as an 8-year-old growing up in an Orthodox Hindu Brahmin family. As I watched my family pursue day to day well-being and desires related to this materialistic world through their devotions, the idea of worshipping idols for merely materialistic desires didn’t sit well with me. Images of Jesus held a mesmerising attraction in the tangle of my early memories. His stare appeared to penetrate the depths of my impressionable heart, sowing the seeds of wonder and spiritual yearning that would later direct my journey of self-discovery. Those sights, which will always be imprinted in my memory, sparked a flame of inquiry that cut through space and time. My interest in Christian literature, especially the Bible, drove me to investigate it, and as the years passed, my relationship with Christian trusts and Churches across India grew stronger. I started attending Churches and gaining knowledges from Christain scholars.

Spiritual Foundations: Cultivating Goodness through Devotion to Jesus and the Ten Commandments:

[Jesus Christ] by Library of Congress is licensed under CC-CC0 1.0
With the association of these Christian communities, I soaked up rich knowledge that complemented Jesus’s teachings perfectly. I developed a strong bond with Him because of my love and devotion for Him, which helped me internalise the holistic behaviours contained in the Ten Commandments. Each lesson served as a steppingstone that was painstakingly constructed with love and commitment, helping to mould a life characterised by honesty, compassion, and a clear sense of direction. I even had moments that I can only characterise as miracles as I travelled along this path, which I thought were the result of my unadulterated love for the Lord Jesus. Even if they deserve their own section, these instances of miracles serve as evidence of my sincere faith at the time.

Battles of Faith and Love’s Unconventional Journey:

My voyage was woven with significant encounters, yet no matter how deeply I thought about it, the mystery of the Genesis chapter’s cosmic beginnings remained. Scepticism surfaced as a student immersed in the fields of physics and mathematics. My allegiances were also put under duress by various Christian organisations that fervently desired my Baptism as proof of my conversion. I broke up these relationships at this point, a decision that contrasted with my unwavering allegiance to Lord Jesus. In the shadow of possible planned marriages with Christian suitors, an unanticipated affection grew for the future wife of my life. I let go of those associations in this delicate dance, but my unwavering love for Jesus remained, a thread that went through everything else.

A Turning Point in Self-Realization: Nurturing Wisdom through the Bhagavad Gita and Advaita Vedanta:

THE FOUR GREAT VEDIC STATEMENTS

My father’s gifting of the Bhagavad Gita signalled a turning point that had tremendous significance. A remarkable vista of insight emerged as I read through the text with a contemplative mindset, exposing the core of the Absolute Self and the profound depths of “non-duality,” a tenet of the Advaita Vedanta philosophy. A dramatic change took place during those years of intensive academic study at the university. Ancient knowledge, contained in the Gita’s words, began to permeate the crevices of my perception, enhancing and changing my perspective.

I read all 18 chapters of the Gita through careful study, their wisdom echoing in my heart like the blissful echoes of eternity. The shlokas, which were filled with eternal lessons, evolved into threads that carefully woven my understanding together. This wasn’t simply a simple reading; it was a profound comprehension of universal truths that cut through time and cultural barriers.

Indeed, the Bhagavad Gita’s teachings served as a pivotal point in my quest for self-awareness and a transforming axis. It was a beacon, showing the way to self-realization and the understanding of interdependence. My vision of the world and my role in it have been permanently changed by the timeless Gita’s whispers, which have been sewn into the fabric of my mind.

Temporarily Deferred: Navigating Technical Responsibilities Amidst the Quest for Spiritual Insight:

1983: 9th June:

I entered the world of employment and obligations as life went on. The pursuit of spiritual enlightenment momentarily yielded to the demands of my technical duty obligations, wherein I devoted myself to ensuring the seamless operation of Air Navigational services, safeguarding the realms of Air Traffic Services with unwavering diligence. The texts I previously immersed myself in slowly receded from my routine as technical papers and tests took my time and energy.

Seeds of Wisdom Sown: An Unconventional Exchange of Inspiration and Knowledge:

A significant turning point in my journey occurred in 1989 when an enveloping invitation to connect with the Absolute Self emerged. I was pulled to the Ramkrishna Mission’s exhibit at the Calcutta Book Fair despite its busy atmosphere. There, in my mother tongue, I found a book on the Upanishads and the four Vedas, which was a treasure trove. Despite the limited time I spent with these materials, I was aware of their importance.

I gave the Upanishads and Vedas to my father in a gesture of familial solidarity and the sharing of knowledge, urging him to read their contents. This act was inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, which was a gift from him, and had its origins there. I admitted that Vedanta had “stirred my soul,” hence these books ended up in my library. I gave my father these materials because I understood the limitations of my time and that their advice was too valuable to be left unread.

This dialogue resonated with the timeless wisdom that has been passed down through the ages, creating a link that transcended simple pages and serving as a symbol of how we are all on a common quest for wisdom amid the ups and downs of life’s responsibilities.

Navigating the Depths: A Journey of Resilience, Reflection, and Renewal:

A turbulent chapter of life at the age of 55:

I entered a turbulent chapter of life at the age of 55, leaving me to battle an unsurmountable difficulty. I discovered myself facing the intimidating waves of hardship, much like a lone ship navigating a rough sea. I turned to the ageless wisdom of classical philosophies and the comforting embrace of motivational literature for solace in the face of this daunting task. In my moments of weakness, it seemed as though the wisdom of the past was calling to me and extending a lifeline.

I found a haven of comfort in the hallowed lines of the Vedas and the profound insights of the Upanishads, a refuge where ancient voices whispered the secrets of perseverance and the art of finding meaning in the midst of turmoil. But my voyage went beyond history’s written records and crossed the boundaries of contemporary science, particularly the fascinating field of quantum physics. Here, the interaction of particles and potentials mirrored the intricacy of existence and provided me with a fresh perspective on the complexities of life’s secrets.

In the wake of the storm, this time of reflection and discovery evolved into a profound voyage that involved a reawakening and a search for a new sense of direction. I found a treasure trove of ideas when I dug further into these wells of knowledge that transcended convention and culture. It was a journey to the heart of the human experience and a symbol of the human spirit’s tenacity and the limitless capacity for rejuvenation that lives within each of us.

My search for comfort evolved into a celebration of the human potential to endure, to look for comfort, and to come out the other side stronger, wiser, and more sensitive to the delicate melodies of existence’s symphony.

These investigations led me to discover a fresh perspective on eternity. During this stage, I discovered again what “equanimity” really means. It seems as though the culmination of several teachings and life experiences had led to this insight. The purest expression of equanimity became my compass, helping me to keep my composure in the face of life’s ups and downs.

My reflections on my journey and the learnings I encountered along the way were collected in blogs titled "My Journey through Books." I want to encourage others to follow their own paths to self-discovery and inner peace by sharing my experiences and learnings.

Conclusion:

Looking back on the course of my life, I am humbled by the interaction of various religions, ideologies, and life experiences that came together to show a fundamental truth.

The wisdom of yore, inscribed in sacred texts, whispered by sages, and echoed through generations, resonates across time and space, offering solace to those who heed its call. And as this wisdom intertwines with the unyielding spirit of humanity, a remarkable metamorphosis takes place. The human spirit, a tenacious force that defies the odds, becomes the vessel that sails the seas of turmoil and uncertainty, charting a course toward the tranquil haven of equanimity.

In embracing this truth, we come to understand that the quest for equanimity is the embodiment of our shared human journey, transcending the labels that often divide us. It is a universal voyage that traverses the landscapes of the heart, propelled by the collective yearning for balance, unity, and inner peace. The symphony of diversity, when orchestrated by the wisdom of ages and harmonized by the resilience of the human spirit, creates a crescendo that resonates through time, inviting us all to embark on the profound expedition toward equanimity, where our souls find their ultimate rest.

My journey through Books: Part-4 [Transformation had begun]

Introduction:

Welcome back to the Fourth part of my blog “My journey through books”, where I’ll be discussing the books that have helped me gain wisdom over the years. In the previous parts, I shared my earliest memories of reading, how my reading tastes evolved over time, and some of the most influential books in my life.

“My journey through Books”: Part-3 [ A Quantum Touch]

My journey through Books: Part-2″

“My journey through Books”: Part-1

Reflections on my journey through books:

The Transformation to a new Me had already begun.

In this post I will emphasize on the book “THE DIVINE MATRIX” by Gregg Braden.

Here is one lecture of Gregg Braden. Worth watching.

“The Divine Matrix” by Gregg Braden is a book that explores the connection between science and spirituality. The book presents the idea that there is a universal energy field that connects everything in the universe, and that this energy field can be harnessed to create positive changes in our lives.

Braden draws upon a range of scientific theories and experiments to support his thesis, including quantum physics, the holographic principle, and the power of human consciousness. He argues that by understanding the nature of this energy field, we can tap into its power to create positive changes in our lives, such as healing our bodies and relationships, and manifesting our dreams and desires.

The book is divided into three parts.

The first part introduces the concept of the Divine Matrix and explores the scientific principles that underpin it. The second part examines the practical applications of the Divine Matrix, including techniques for harnessing its power and creating positive changes in our lives. The third part explores the larger implications of the Divine Matrix for humanity, including its potential to transform our understanding of ourselves and our place in the universe.

The book 📙“The Divine Matrix” offers a fascinating exploration of the intersection between science and spirituality and provides practical tools for harnessing the power of the universal energy field to create positive changes in our lives.

I believe what Braden explained.

Everything in the universe is connected through a field of energy that pervades all space and time. I consider this as “Brahman” has been described in Vedanta.

Gregg Braden argues that this field of energy is the source of all creation, and that it holds the key to understanding the nature of reality itself.

Braden explores the power of human consciousness to shape our reality and argues that we can use our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to influence the world around us. He also introduces a range of techniques for tapping into the energy of the Divine Matrix, such as meditation, visualization, and affirmations. Gregg Braden emphasized on “Remote Viewing”, which is “Divya Drishti an ancient method of gaining knowledge and insight by using the power of the mind. It is a technique that has been practiced in India for centuries and is believed to be similar to the modern concept of remote viewing.

In Divya Drishti, the practitioner focuses their mind on a specific object or location, and through intense concentration, they are able to “see” or “sense” things beyond their physical sight. This technique is often used in meditation or spiritual practices to gain a deeper understanding of the world and oneself.

Similarly, remote viewing is a modern-day technique that involves using extrasensory perception (ESP) to gain information about a distant or unseen target. This method was developed by the United States government in the 1970s as a means of gathering intelligence and has since been studied and practiced by researchers and individuals around the world.

Both Divya Drishti and remote viewing are based on the idea that the mind has the ability to access information beyond what is immediately perceivable by the physical senses. While the two techniques may differ in their specific methods and applications, they both rely on the power of the mind to gain insight and knowledge.

Remote viewing:

Remote Viewing is a phenomenon in which an individual is able to perceive information from a distant or unseen target location through extrasensory means, without the use of their physical senses. It is often described as a form of psychic or intuitive ability.

Example of Remote viewing in Mahabharata an ancient Indian epic.

In the ancient Indian epic, the Mahabharata, there is a story that is often cited as an example of remote viewing. The story involves a character named Sanjaya, who was the charioteer and advisor to the blind king Dhritarashtra.

The book “Divine Matrix” has helped me to comprehend that I possess an endless wellspring of love within myself, which I can generously share with others.

One of the most significant outcomes of reading “The Divine Matrix” is a new perspective on the power of our thoughts and intentions. The book emphasizes the idea that we are co-creators of our reality, and that the thoughts and emotions we put out into the world have a profound impact on our experiences.

Conclusion:

Reading life-saving books on science and spirituality can have a unique and powerful impact on our lives.

  1. Deeper understanding of the universe: Intersection of science and spirituality can provide us with a deeper understanding of the nature of the universe and our place in it. By gaining insight into concepts such as quantum physics, consciousness, and the interconnectedness of all things, we can expand our worldview and see the world in a new light.
  2. Greater sense of purpose: Books on science and spirituality can help us to connect with our inner selves and develop a greater sense of purpose and meaning in our lives.
  3. Enhanced well-being: Emphasize the importance of mindfulness, meditation, and other practices that can help us to reduce stress, increase resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and balance in our lives.
  4. Increased empathy and compassion: These books often emphasize the interconnectedness of all things and the importance of cultivating a sense of unity and oneness [NON-DUALITY].

My journey through Books: Part-3 [ A Quantum Touch]

In this post, I will emphasize on my miraculous experiences, which I consider as chances in my favour. This was possible by the effective study and practice of activating “Power of Subconscious Mind”.

I consider those events as miracles, because I got links and guidance from unseen and invisible Power within. It is as if someone is guiding through several means, continuously, to get whatever is required in the path to progress.

As I mentioned in my previous post that the most important scientific Book helped me was:

” THE BIOLOGY OF BELIEF: 10th Anniversary Edition: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles: Lipton Bruce H.”

What Influenced me while reading the book?

Research made at Stanford University’s School of Medicine by Bruce Lipton revealed that the environment operating through the cell membrane controlled the behaviour and physiology of cells, turning genes on and off.  I was reading the book and at the same time I was watching his series of lectures at different places all over the world. Bruce mentioned in his lectures about Quantum Physics.

Quantum physics says that the world visible to us we believe, is composed of matter, which is nothing but illusion. Everything is Energy. There is no such thing as matter. as such I felt an urge to study ” Quantum Physics“. As you know that by this time, I finished the famous book The Power of your Subconscious Mind”: By Joseph Murphy

Study of Quantum Physics became a necessity for me.

And Miracle Happened [16/12/2018]!

One fine morning, all on a sudden, one of my senior colleagues, Shri Amar Kanti Pal, came to my residence and suggested me to do ongoing physics course from IIT/KANPUR under the leadership of well-known prof H C VERMA. Immediately enrolled first course “Basics of Special Theory of Relativity “.

I am happy to share my certificate here:

I developed immense interest [intense desire] to learn more and more on Subconscious mind, Quantum, Philosophy, life experiences, life cycle, human sufferings, etc. which are all interrelated topics. As a result, I got chance to study further and further from the courses conducted by Indian Institute of Technology. KANPUR.

Another Miracle!

The Second course, the most desired and most important was ” Basics of Quantum Mechanics” which helped me to grasp sacred Texts of Upanishads [ ADVAITA VEDANTA]:

Initially, I found the course very interesting which started becoming tough later on but managed with rigorous studies.

Max Planck is said to be father of quantum Mechanics. see what he said:

That is why I consider these studies as chances (as miracles).

Course on Quantum mechanics was highly beneficial for me because, when I was studying ancient Indian philosophy (Advaita Vedanta), I came across so many writers, speakers, scientists who referred quantum physics, quantum biology for understanding the Reality as mentioned in Vedanta. To some extent understood what the subjects says.
I noticed that most of the modern writers, pointed towards quantum physics for understanding the Subject/object, Observer/observed, seer/seen related topics mainly when the subject is consciousness. Advaita Vedanta focuses on consciousness, which is the cause of this Universe, not the matter. Material realism can no longer be the only ontological explanation for the Universe. Human consciousness cannot be ignored.

Classical Physics vs Quantum Physics:

Laws of classical physics [ NEWTONIAN PHYSICS] is based on matters and 3D system which affirms that there is always separation between the KNOWER & KNOWN (object). Classical physics doesn’t work in the study of subatomic particle’s behaviour and thus in the study of life science. Here matter creates Consciousness.
Whereas Quantum physics works well in the study of subatomic particles which are building blocks of this Universe and basically, its nature is waves. This quantum mechanics theory suggests abolishing absolute separation between the KNOWN & KNOWER. Here Consciousness creates matter.

In quantum theory, we have seen objects exists in more than one place at the same time as a wave.

Three distinct and major areas of Quantum theory give bewildering results.

1. Entanglement:

It is connectedness between two objects so intimate that they behave as one, instantly and forever, even if they are separated by the width of galaxies. Double slit experiment clears its spookiness.

2. Complementarity:

As formulated by Niels Bohr, a leading founder of quantum physics, the principle holds that objects can display themselves in one way or another, but not both. In fact, the object does not have an existence in particular location with specific motion. Only the observer’s knowledge and activities cause it to come into existence in some place or with some particular animation. At an instant, an object may be either a wave or a particle, but not both.

3. Wave function collapse:

This supports that Biocentrism is wave function collapse when we try to measure an object in its subatomic level it’s wave function collapse. At the moment of observation, it takes a definite existence.

According to German physicist MAX BORN (1926), Quantum waves are “waves of probability”, not waves of material.

A wave of Probability is nothing but a likely outcome. Point to be noted here that materials are made of subatomic particles. Subatomic particles behave as wave until OBSEVER tries to measure it. And wave is intangible.
Noble physicist John Wheeler once said,” No phenomenon is real phenomenon until it is an observed phenomenon” Above statement is very important in the perspective of Vedanta and Quantum mechanics. There is more to write. May Maybe next time.

And the third course was “Advanced course on Special theory of Relativity”.

" Learning is the only thing the mind never exhaust, never fears, and never regrets" This was stated by Leonardo Da Vinci, who was well known Italian painter, draftsman, sculptor, architect and engineer (1452-1519)."

Thus, I believe very clearly, that our consciousness creates our life experiences. We no longer have to view ourselves as passive, or unable to influence our material circumstances. We are not victims of what’s happening.

My personal experiences made me understand, that our Consciousness creates reality in life as because mind sends signals to the nervous system, which controls genes and that is Epigenetics (Above genes).

We need to rewrite our Subconscious programmes.

Conclusion:

a) Study of Quantum physics made me believe that Thoughts create Reality!

b) I realised that there is a mechanism where Higher Intelligence works inside our body and mind, and it is connected to Universal Mind.

c) Many people have heard about placebo effect. This is a term that is frequently used in modern science to describe how conscious mind creates healing of body thinking positive.

d) All my conscious attention is focused in gaining knowledge [Brahma Vidya]. As such my energy has been invested mostly in learning and sharing. I wish to live my life in a state of love.

It is my sincere request to the esteemed readers to share their opinion or queries if any. Suggestions to make the site attractive will be highly helpful for me. Readers are requested to read all the posts to have continuation of the topic from the beginning. My mail ID is: arun7663@gmail.com

My next part will focus on the following Books

My journey through Books: Part-2

Preface:

In this part I will start with the summary of the books which helped in growing towards Enlightenment. How Books can have positive impact is projected here. I will request the esteemed readers to kindly go through this post. Please read!!!

The first book that triggered was: “Who will cry when you die” and will brief a bit about other books that helped me in overcoming mental sufferings .

Certain event in my personal life shattered me. I was not able to bear with. I started thinking that the main part of my life is going to be ruined. Situation was very difficult to cope up with my job (Job was of great responsibilities being in Air Navigation System for safe Air Traffic). I had tremendous mental pressure which I could not express and share . During that time, I came across with the Book  “Who will cry when you die” which was a kick start for me to a new direction.

Actually, I was wrong in my thinking, that I understood after opening the book.

Before reading the book my thought patterns were different. Possessiveness was a major component of thoughts which is the main cause of human sufferings. I was emotional and so I started thinking that I will be no more here and no one will cry for me. May be for some days, they will mourn and just put a garland on death anniversary what we see usually. What more one can expect even after death.

“Who will cry when you die” is a different story. My mind made a space for acting on the simple tips and guidance given in the book. It showed me the light for removing all insignificant worries for living a true Life.

The points I noted as important Tips are here:

  • We should do what we love to.
  • Separate the essential and non essential activities.
  • Be humble, forgiving, and thankful.
  • Increase deposits into your love account.
  • Be Kind and joyous.
  • Worry less and live more.
  • Think positive and attract positivity.
  • Prioritize your Time.
  • Carry a Goal Card
  • Pain is Teacher
  • Take care of your Body and Mind.

After effect: I gifted books to a few for finding happiness.

The Second book that added more power: The Monk Who sold his Ferrari: By Robin Sharma.

Following points gave me more strength.

  • Master your Mind.
  • Follow your Purpose.
  • The Ten Ancient Rituals for Radiant Living.
  • Power of Discipline and it’s Mantras.
  • If you Die today! [ Your actions, if today is your last day of living life]
  • Live like a Child.
  • Embrace the Present.
  • Grow your Destiny.

The Result: As a whole my life got a positive direction and started new living. Gifted the book “The Monk Who sold his Ferrari” to many, such that they get direction too.

The Third book: The Power of your Subconscious Mind: By Joseph Murphy
The book explains and guides how to access the untapped potential of our Subconscious Mind. Immediately after completion of the book “The Power of your Subconscious Mind”, I found there is a dramatic change in my thinking pattern. Teachings of all the above books were in action. I understood the law of attraction is working. I am attracting what I thought for. I realized that I am able to attract positive if I wish. Yes, that started happening. Same thing happened earlier also in my college days or in my service life. But I did not realize that I attracted what I achieved. Very simple is that.

Above mentioned three books changed my life to a new direction and thereby a new journey started in my life. These three books along with other books worked as saviour in my life. These three books were the pioneer to build an interest in the field of Vedanta and Modern Science[ Quantum Physics and Quantum Biology].

*#* Law of attraction works. I will write separately on the theory of law of attraction based on my experiences.

Power of my Subconscious mind picked up next Powerful and Specific Books that are: – One after One.

The most important scientific Book helped me was:  THE BIOLOGY OF BELIEF: 10th Anniversary Edition: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles: Lipton Bruce H.

Summary: Cells as Miniature Human:

Bruce H Lipton, an American cell biologist, notable for his views on Epigenetics. In his book, he claims that ” Beliefs control human biology rather than DNA and inheritance. According to Lipton, A human is a co-operative of 50 Trillion cells. Human Beings are simply the consequence of ” Collective amoebic Consciousness” Having harmonious relation of the 50 trillion cells, a human can take control of his/her life. Each sell is an intelligent being that can survive on it’s own, as scientists demonstrate when they remove individual cells from the body and grow them in a culture. Bruce concluded that we are not victims of our genes, but masters of our fates, able to create lives overflowing with peace, happiness, and love.

After effect: I started following lectures of Dr. Lipton

Please watch this video, the link given below:

The other Book: Evolve your Brain: The Science of Changing your Mind: By Joe Dispenza:

Brief Summary of the above:

Dr. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Doctor of Chiropractic. His post graduate training includes the fields of neuroscience and neuroplasticity. Through his research, he explores the science behind spontaneous remissions to empower people to change from the inside out. Combining the fields of Quantum Physics, Neuroscience, Brain chemistry, Biology and Genetics, Dr. Dispenza explores the effects of Meditation on how people can heal themselves of Chronic and Terminal diseases. This book helped me in developing constant thoughts of positivity.

My journey through Books: Part-1

Introduction:

This journey through books started on December-2016 and it was specific and you can say something predetermined in the perspective of Spirituality.

So far I have published about 27 Blogs on Vedanta (Upanishad). In this blog series, I am going to let you know, how I entered into the world of Vedanta.

Certain odd events in my life made me very low during the mid 2016. Indeed I was very happy with my professional life, due to my promotion to the post of Dy. General Manager (CNS) , Ahmedabad Airport in the month of June-2016 with independent charge of AERODROME OPERATION CONTROL CENTER (AOCC) ), AUTOMATIC SWITCHING SYSTEM (Important system for for flight movements), All types of communication system  for inter and intra Airports, along with additional responsibilities of Surveillance Systems (Primary Radar, Secondary Radar,  Automatic Dependant Surveillance system[ADS] and to impart Training. I was doing good with Jeal and enthusiasm with my team, yet I was highly unhappy which was purely personal. As I was committed to my job which was directly related to passenger safety and security, so I had to be on my toe for that. I had to care the systems 24/7. That was a tough situation but without much difficulties I was managing well as far as my responsibilities towards my organization( AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA) was concerned.

At certain moment I started thinking like this ” Who will cry when I will die”. Within a day or two,  I found a book named ” Who will cry when you die : By Robin Sharma” in the Airport Book shop. I decided to buy that book anytime soon. But I missed the chance to buy that one from the Airport Book Shop.  I was so busy with my job that it was not possible to find even time to search the book in other stores. That time, I never thought of buying it online. I went to Bangalore to visit my daughter and son in law. I stayed for some time there. I searched the book in book stores like ” Cross World”. It was out of stock. My daughter suggested me buy it online from Amazon or flipkart. I did that and bought one from Amazon. Finally the book was in my hand. Finally books became my mentor and saved me from going into depression and get lost.

  • The first book came in my mind was: Who will cry when you die : By Robin Sharma:

  • The Second book: The Monk Who sold his Ferrari: By Robin Sharma:

  • The Third book: The Power of your Subconscious Mind: By Joseph Murphy

Above mentioned three books changed my life to a new direction and thereby a new journey started in my life. These three books along with others worked as saviour in my life. These three books were the pioneer to build an interest in the field of Vedanta and Modern Science[ Quantum Physics and Quantum Biology]. I will share everything with you my dear readers. What magical events happened in my life, that I will share in the next part. In this part I have listed few books that initially helped me. I will write in details about the contents of the books in short.

After reading these three, I got the following books miraculously.
