My journey through books:

The Journey Towards Enlightenment Begins

In my pursuit of personal growth and transformation, I realized that the path towards enlightenment requires more than just knowledge—it demands a deep connection with the self. The books I read were the stepping stones that guided me on this journey towards enlightenment, each one offering new insights and wisdom that I could apply in my daily life.

Books have the power to transform lives, and my journey is a testament to that. In this part, I will share how specific books played a pivotal role in my personal growth and spiritual awakening.

Those Books that changed the direction of my life-Part-1

The above one is my first post of the series. My Journey through Books.

I urge my esteemed readers to go through this post, the second part of the series, with an open heart. These books have not only changed my life but can also inspire you to see life from a new perspective.

Shifting Mindsets on My journey through Books

The more I learned about the power of the mind, the clearer it became that our thoughts shape our reality. As I moved forward on the path towards enlightenment, I began to understand how my subconscious mind was influencing my life and how I could harness its power to create positive change.

How My journey through Books Acted as a Catalyst Towards Enlightenment

Each book I encountered served as a catalyst, pushing me further along the path towards enlightenment. The teachings of mindfulness, positivity, and self-awareness helped me break free from old patterns of thinking and embrace a life of deeper purpose.

The Turning Point: A Shattered Mind in Search of Meaning

Life is unpredictable. Certain events in my personal life shattered me, leaving me unable to cope. I felt lost, struggling under immense mental pressure while handling my high-responsibility job in Air Navigation Systems. I couldn’t express my pain or share my burdens.

Then, in the midst of my suffering, I stumbled upon “Who Will Cry When You Die?” by Robin Sharma. It was a wake-up call—the beginning of my transformation.

Who Will Cry When You Die? A Light in Darkness

Before reading the book, my thoughts were clouded with negativity and possessiveness—the root cause of human suffering. I feared that after my death, I would be forgotten, remembered only through garlands on a death anniversary, like a mere ritual.

But Robin Sharma’s words changed my outlook. His book guided me to let go of insignificant worries and embrace life with meaning.

Practical Wisdom on the Road Towards Enlightenment

As I continued my journey towards enlightenment, I started applying the lessons I had learned to every area of my life. From prioritizing my time to embracing gratitude, each lesson acted as a building block in the construction of a more mindful, fulfilled existence.

Key Lessons from the Book:

Do what you love.
Separate essential from non-essential activities.
Be humble, forgiving, and grateful. Increase deposits in your “Love Account.”
Worry less, live more.
Think positively to attract positivity.
Prioritize your time wisely.
Pain is a teacher—embrace its lessons.

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari: A Path to Purpose

The second book that gave me clarity and strength was “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” by Robin Sharma.

Key Takeaways:

Master your mind—control your thoughts to shape your destiny.
Follow your purpose. Find your life’s mission and dedicate yourself to it.
The Ten Ancient Rituals for Radiant Living—Timeless Wisdom for a Fulfilling Life.
Power of Discipline: Daily habits define your success.
Live like a child—rediscover joy and wonder.
Embrace the present. True happiness is found in the now.

📌 After reading this book, my life took a positive turn. I was so inspired that I started gifting copies to others, hoping it would guide them too.

The Power of Your Subconscious Mind: Unlocking Inner Potential

Joseph Murphy’s book was another game-changer. It revealed how our thoughts shape our reality and taught me the law of attraction.

The biggest realization? I had unknowingly been attracting both success and failures all along. Once I became aware of this power, I consciously started attracting positivity.

Science Meets Spirituality: Biology of Belief & Evolve Your Brain

After grasping the power of the subconscious mind, I was drawn to books that explored the science behind consciousness.

📖 “The Biology of Belief” by Bruce H. Lipton
🔬 This book explains how beliefs shape our biology more than our DNA. Lipton shows that human beings are made up of 50 trillion cooperative cells, and by changing our mindset, we can reshape our lives.

🎥 Watch Bruce Lipton’s Lecture: Bruce Lipton: The Biology of Belief (Full Lecture)

📖 “Evolve Your Brain” by Joe Dispenza
🧠 Dr. Dispenza explores how thoughts can rewire the brain. By combining quantum physics, neuroscience, and meditation, he shows how we can heal from emotional pain and build a better life.
