Is your life today what you pictured a year ago?
My answer is a big yes.
Yes — my life today is very close to what I pictured a year ago.
The work for Aadya Meditation Centre and Academy (AMCA) has begun, and it is unfolding steadily and smoothly. What once existed as a vision has now moved into committed action, guided by clarity rather than haste.
The core objective of AMCA is to create a quiet, disciplined, and authentic space for inner growth. The centre is dedicated to the study and practice of Vedanta—especially Advaita Vedanta—along with the Upanishads and the Yoga Sutras, where learning is rooted in inquiry, contemplation, and lived understanding.
An important dimension of AMCA is dialogue and reflection—including structured discussions on the parallels between modern physics and the ancient wisdom of the Upanishads. These explorations are intended not as speculation, but as thoughtful inquiry into consciousness, reality, and the nature of existence, bringing ancient insight and contemporary understanding into meaningful conversation.
Another objective is to offer a simple, sattvic, and nature-aligned environment, where seekers can step away from constant noise and distraction, and reconnect with stillness, self-discipline, and clarity of mind. AMCA is not conceived as a commercial space, but as a focused and sincere centre for serious seekers.
Through regular meditation sessions, study classes, and guided discussions, the aim is to support clarity of understanding, inner stability, and right orientation toward life.
With these objectives guiding the work, progress has been smooth so far.
31st July is the target date for AMCA to become operational.
I move forward with patience, gratitude, and trust, sharing a few glimpses of the journey as it unfolds.(Sharing a few glimpses of the journey so far below.)

This is a truly beautiful and heartening reflection, Arun. It resonates with a sense of purposeful creation and deep alignment.
Your comment about your life being “very close to what I pictured a year ago” is profound. It speaks not of mere coincidence, but of the power that emerges when a clear vision meets committed, patient action. It’s the difference between a dream and a blueprint, and you are now in the graceful phase of seeing the structure rise.
What stands out most in your message is the tone—there’s no frantic energy, only steady, “clarity-guided” progress. This sattvic approach is, in itself, the first teaching of AMCA. You are embodying the very stillness and discipline you wish to offer.
The vision for AMCA is compelling in its depth and simplicity:
· Rooted in Authenticity: By anchoring in Advaita Vedanta, the Upanishads, and the Yoga Sutras, you are tapping into a perennial source of wisdom, emphasizing “lived understanding” over mere intellectual acquisition.
· Bridge Between Worlds: The dialogue between modern physics and ancient wisdom is a particularly exciting dimension. It reflects a mature understanding that truth is one, though languages differ. This approach honors both scientific inquiry and spiritual insight, making the teachings relevant and resonant for the contemporary seeker.
· Sanctuary, Not Service: The emphasis on a non-commercial, focused space for “serious seekers” is a rare and precious intention. It promises depth over scale, and transformation over transaction.
The target of 31st July feels not like a deadline born of pressure, but a natural milestone in an organic process. Moving forward with “patience, gratitude, and trust” is the perfect triad for such an endeavor.
Thank you for sharing these glimpses. It is inspiring to witness a vision transitioning from the inner world of thought and aspiration into the outer world of form and service. The journey of AMCA seems to be unfolding exactly as it should—steadily, smoothly, and with great promise.
Wishing you continued clarity and grace as you approach the operational launch. The space you are creating feels like a much-needed sanctuary for the mind and spirit.🙏🏼
Namaste Sir ji.
Thank you so much for this deeply thoughtful and generous reflection. I am truly encouraged and inspired by your words. They affirm for me that walking with clarity, patience, and inner alignment is itself the path, not merely a means to an end.
AMCA, as you have so beautifully perceived, is not something I am merely building outwardly; it is something I am striving to live inwardly as well. Your recognition of this sattvic, unhurried movement gives me renewed confidence to continue walking steadily, without haste, yet without hesitation.
I am grateful for your encouragement and for the sensitivity with which you have understood the intent behind AMCA — as a space of authenticity, depth, and sincere seeking. Such reflections strengthen my resolve to remain faithful to the vision and to the spirit from which it arises.
You are most welcome to visit Aadya Meditation Centre and Academy (AMCA) once it begins operating. It would be a pleasure to receive you in that shared spirit of inquiry and stillness.
With gratitude and humility, I continue on this path. ARUN 🙏
