Jai Gurudev: Sri Sri 🙏🙏
I am writing this post to share my experience and to express my profound gratitude for the incredible experience I had during the Happiness Program from 6th October to 8th October at the Art of Living International Center in Bangalore.
I embarked on the Happiness Program, a life-altering expedition of introspection led by the revered Teacher Swami Vishwaroop, Dr. Ananthu Sunil, Shreya Arora, and other facilitators. Yoga, pranayama, and the potent Sudarshan Kriya techniques that we learned were nothing short of amazing. This course has improved the quality of my life in many ways, including my health and happiness.
Foundations of Inner Strength: Mastering Resilience, Equanimity, and Adaptability:
The following are some of the things I learnt throughout the course of these three days that will help me reach my goals in life.
- Resilience: Embrace challenges with inner strength and bounce back stronger.
- Equanimity: Maintain a calm and balanced mind in the face of adversity.
- Adaptability: Learn to adjust and thrive amidst changing circumstances.
The teachings on how to lead a joyous life free from anxiety, anger, fear, and depression was a revelation. The concept of “Disha Pranam,” surrendering all problems, was a new and enlightening perspective that I have since embraced with open arms.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Happiness Program at the Art of Living International Center in Bangalore. This program, guided by the revered Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji, was a truly transformative experience for me. The teachings on yoga, pranayama, Sudarshan Kriya, and meditation were invaluable, and the insights on leading a happy, anxiety-free life were eye-opening.
A special note of gratitude goes out to Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar ji, whose wisdom and guidance have been a beacon of light on this path to happiness and inner peace.
