What do you think gets better with age?

With age comes a wealth of invaluable treasures that only time can bestow.

It is a journey marked by the accumulation of wisdom, experiences, knowledge, and enlightenment. As the years pass, we traverse the landscapes of life, encountering a tapestry of moments that shape our understanding of the world.

I have Realised in my life journey that:

Wisdom emerges as a gentle guide, rooted in the lessons learned from both triumphs and challenges. Each experience weaves its own unique thread into the tapestry of our existence, enriching our perspectives and deepening our empathy.

Time creates everything:

Through the passage of time, knowledge flourishes. We gather insights, honing our skills and expanding our intellectual horizons. Lifelong learning becomes a pursuit that fuels our thirst for discovery, allowing us to embrace the ever-evolving wonders of the world.

Age grants us the gift of enlightenment.

As we journey through the seasons of life, we develop a profound sense of self-awareness and acceptance. We gain clarity about our values, priorities, and what truly matters. We embrace authenticity, shedding the burdens of societal expectations, and embrace the freedom to be our genuine selves.

I have published four posts on my life journey. Here is the first one.

  1. With experience came the realization that each age is beautiful in its own way, similar to the feeling that arises from the words “nature has no bad weather.”
I agree that the main achievement of age is an approach to understanding oneself as the cosmos and the structure of the world. I recently learned that the cognitive abilities of the brain reach their peak in 60-70 years. Indeed, all the connections of the brain are already built to the maximum, and the efficiency of its work is maximum. A person needs much less effort than in his youth to understand something correctly. This is wonderful.
Therefore, one can enjoy this period and take further steps, approaching the truth, which, nevertheless, cannot be achieved during one’s lifetime.
I wish you happiness on this difficult path.
    Best regards, Olga

    1. Nature has no bad weather. This is a great statement 👏
Everyone does not understand nature. I also believe that core knowledge is gained at 60-70.
But for those who are connected with the Universe.
Cosmos itself comes to our field to act as we are in touch with Cosmic intelligence.
      You have experienced that.
The brain is in between the body and the cosmos.
Thank you so much for being there my dear friend.
      You have extraordinary intelligence 😌
      Best wishes and regards 🙏

      1. Sometimes I really feel connected to the Universe.
Many call it intuition. But this is different.
Perhaps it is the Cosmos that enters me.
These sensations require more awareness than I currently have. I would like to believe that this is possible.

        Best regards, Olga 🤲

        1. Now you will feel connected every time. Now you are saying sometimes, but it will be full time. I will tell you logic behind that. If you study a special subject in neuroscience about the “Brain waves”, you will find that our mental states vary according to brain wave patterns or vice a versa. The brain operates on different frequencies, such as delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma, each representing distinct levels of consciousness and cognitive functions.
In this connection, I have undergone a course on ” Introductory Neuroscience and Neuro-Instrumentation at IISc Bangalore, India”. However, I could not sit for final exam due to Covid, in 2020.
Anyways, by the acquired knowledge, I wrote one article on “BRAIN WAVES AND MEDITATION” the link is here.

The Cosmos not only has entered inside you, but You are Cosmos. Your awareness sensations are in increasing mode. Finally, you will feel that ” YOU ARE THAT”
Ver happy to have you here Olga, my dear friend.
          Best wishes.
